  • Support ticket platform: This platform allow users to track their support requests by system tickets, identifying each ticket with a unique identifier.
  • Software personalization: We can tailor the software to specific customer needs such as special graphics, special reports, KPIs type indicators.
  • Online user training: Although WellMonitor software is easy to use, we offer free online training on demand to our customers.  A training session lasts approximately 1 hour. 
  • Live user training: This service is free for our customers in Colombia located in Bogotá and Bucaramanga, for other cities in or out Colombia the customer has to pay for some expenses related to flying tickets and hotels.
  • Live support: We have opperators offering online support during office hours (Colombia time) via skype.
